Rapid Thermal Process

ARES™-RTP (Rapid Thermal Process) series can provide solutions for ion implantation, annealing, SPIKE and oxidation processes in semiconductor manufacturing. The RTP process, which can process wafers at high temperatures in a short period of time, uses halogen lamps to minimize the impact of temperature changes.

Sputter System (WLP/PLP)

ARES™ PVD600 system is a sputter device for depositing metal thin films. It can perform UBM (Under Bump Metalization) process for input/output signal transmission of CPB (Cu Pillar Bump) structure in the semiconductor packaging process using flip-chip technology.

Descum System

Plasma equipment used to remove PR residue (scum) left after the photolithography process. The Descum process can improve the current and resistance values of the coating process and achieve a stable shape.
